The Concierge

Membership in our Concierge Service provides you with many benefits every coffee lover will enjoy.  First, and we think foremost our “CS” members will enjoy auto delivery of their coffee insuring it arrives at your door every 2 weeks or once a month.  You just let us know how much and how often and we handle the rest.  If you would like to receive 3 pounds of Tanzanian Peaberry every month we will make sure that on the same day each month your coffee gets roasted and shipped.  If you would like to make a change to the amount of, or the type of coffee you have in your preferences just notify us 3 business days before your set to ship.  If you go on vacation and want to suspend or change the ship to location just let us know, we are here to insure you get your coffee freshly roasted wherever you are!

Another benefit our “CS” members will enjoy is access to exclusive coffees not available in our shopping cart.  Each month we will offer small hard to find micro-lot coffees that will only be available to “CS” members.  It’s just like finding that little vineyard in Napa that makes a great Cabernet and only makes a few thousand case, we find those great little farmers around the world who make incredible coffee and usually harvest 200 to 300 hundred bags of their beans.  Each month you’ll receive everything thing you need to know about this coffee in our monthly newsletter and you can decide to add it to our existing order or swap out your current coffee with our “Concierge Reserve” coffee.

And finally all “CS” will receive a 10% discount on all other products offered on our site including all Bodum products.

To become a member simply go to the Concierge Order Form, fill out your order and we do the rest.  Once your membership is processed we will send you and exclusive number that you can use to receive your “CS” discounts.
